Boyfriend Song Filmed with Stunning Visuals, Compliments of the RED
The color and clarity of the RED camera have been known to add a higher sense of depth than many other cameras on the market. Anabel Canchola’s first music video will be just as stunning with the production of her Boyfriend song shot with the RED One MX.
DALLAS, T.X. – The Boyfriend song is ready to be released…soon. Still in post production, Anabel Canchola’s first music video had the privilege of being filmed with the Red. With full-featured movies such as the Underworld: The Awakening; Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides; The Book of Eli; and District 9 all being filmed on the Red, it’s easy to see the caliber of stunning shots that are available by using the RED ONE MX.
“The Red is my favorite camera to shoot a production with. It is truly an amazing piece of equipment,” said the Director at DrakonStudio. “Working with the Red is like working with an entire engineering team whose only job is to make the picture amazing, and I believe that every shot was that much better because it was filmed with the RED ONE.”
Now that the Boyfriend song has moved to post production, it is now time for the creative minds of the editors to work together and finalize the video.
“After reviewing the footage, there is no doubt in my mind that this music video will hold a greater caliber and create an amazing storyline with its higher sense of depth,” said the Production Manager, head of the editing department.
With no final release date as of yet, the Boyfriend song made video is being worked on by DrakonStudio editors. Music Producer Jose 2Tόn Batista is just as excited as Anabel to see the final RED ONE MX footage spliced together, with his words for the production being positive, saying:
“We had a very successful production week filming Anabel Canchola's music Video ‘Boyfriend’. We all had an awesome time. Thank You to the ENTIRE production Crew of DrakonStudio. This wouldn't have been possible without your support…”
Bringing the RED ONE MX may have brought a higher sense of depth and stunning shots for every scene, but the real power and passion came from Anabel Canchola as she pushes to move toward her dreams.

Boyfriend Song Starts as an Idea and Grows into a Following
DrakonStudio crew met Jose 2Tόn more than seven months ago when Jose brought a potential star to the editing studio: Anabel Canchola. After her first trip to New York, it was time to introduce her to a wider audience with her new Boyfriend song.
DALLAS, T.X. – Bringing Anabel Canchola’s new Boyfriend song to a larger audience is now the main focus of the DrakonStudio press team as the post production team continues to work on her first music video.
It was only eight months ago that the editors of DrakonStudio met with Music Producer Jose 2Tόn Batista with a proposal to edit together a four part series of Anabel’s first visit to New York City. Now with the New York series complete and Anabel’s first single released, the next step in her journey includes her first music video: Boyfriend.
“We are so proud to see how far she’s come in such a short period of time,” said Miscelleana Rhinehart, Project Director at DrakonStudio. “Starting out with her YouTube videos with only a few followers and now having more than 5,600 is really amazing. To see her followers grow after each New York series piece was added was truly special. We can’t wait to see how far she goes once her first music video is released.”
The Boyfriend song offers what the popular culture is looking for: passion, a tremendous beat, and a powerful meaning. There are many people who have come together to follow and support Anabel in her journey. From family, friends, followers, her crew, her producer and now DrakonStudio in the mix, this up and coming singer is going places quickly as her group of Anabelievers grows.
From DrakonStudio to Anabel Canchola:
“Our star! You did an AMAZING job as expected! It's not an easy feat to accomplish what you've accomplished. Your talent and magnetic personality alone allowed you to stand out in a sea of aspiring singers and earn the respect of thousands. Now, just stick to being you, and we have no doubt that with Jose as a producer and mentor (and DrakonStudio supporting you all the way), you're going to make all your dreams come true.”
DrakonStudio staff and crew will continue working on the Boyfriend song and its marketing while Jose 2Tόn Batista and his team continue working on their own behind the scenes footage.
To all fans of Anabel Canchola, check the DrakonStudio Facebook page to find out when the final music video for Boyfriend will be released. Weeks of production, hours of shooting and more to come will all bring about an amazing and first music video.

Anabel's Boyfriend Song Filmed; Fans Waiting Patiently for Release
The up and coming star, Anabel Canchola, has worked side by side with her music producer and production company as her first music video "Boyfriend" has moved to post production.
DALLAS, T.X. - Boyfriend. Song and beat created by her music producer, Jose 2Tón, and Don Kino. The song grows stronger with passion put into every word by the talented Anabel Canchola. With the single released and music video in post, Anabel is ready to move to the Top-40 with her first single.
DrakonStudio worked together with 2Tón for weeks of pre production, fine tuning every detail, before finally filming over two days of production. The Boyfriend song made music video is officially in post production, and DrakonStudio is just as excited to put the video together as it was to produce it.
"It was an incredible experience to work with such a young and talented person," said Miscelleana Rhinehart, the project and casting director. "She has an amazing voice, a strong passion for her singing and was able to shine through for hours. We were thrilled to be the ones to help her move forward with her first single and have no doubt fans will be extremely happy."
Although Anabel was able to hold the spotlight on her own, the Boyfriend song also cast for the very important role: the boyfriend. Lucca De Oliveira was found by Ms. Rhinehart, and he was cast after being casted officially with approval by 2Tón.
DrakonStudio wasn't alone with a great cast but also had a tremendously creative crew from their Director of Photography to their gaffer, production assistant, photographer and steadicam operator. Every team member was essential to getting the right shots, and DrakonStudio is very happy with the results.
Anabel Canchola fans and DrakonStudio followers will have to wait a bit longer before seeing the final product, but DrakonStudio is sure no one will be disappointed.
DrakonStudio is proud to be an Anabel Canchola follower and has enjoyed every step of the process from the first day they met with Jose 2Tón to the final post production going on now for her first music video. The Boyfriend song has plenty of potential, and DrakonStudio is just as excited to see it right to the top of the charts.

Long Island Video Changes Hands as CBS Acquires WLNY; DrakonStudio to Help Station’s Employees
Some may have heard the news as CBS moves forward by adding WLNY-NY under its corporate umbrella, but others may not know that local companies such as DrakonStudio are ready to help WLNY employees stay in the Long Island video industry.
LONG ISLAND, N.Y. – Long Island video and television production processes are changing hands as CBS takes over a local Long Island television station: WLNY-TV. The letters stand for We Love New York as the company has shown their loyalty to the tri-state area since 1985.
Many have said that this union will bring a duopoly to New York and beyond as CBS takes hold of even more of the world’s largest media market, but local companies such as DrakonStudio believe this to be an opportunity to serve the local employees of WLNY who need that extra edge to continue in the Long Island video industry.
By offering classes for the entire Final Cut Pro 7 workflow, DrakonStudio is welcoming WLNY employees with group discounts and special rates to help keep them in the game with up-to-date software.
“We have already had multiple inquiries from WLNY employees looking to branch out further into the video editing part of the industry, and we are happy to accommodate the need,” said Ms. Rhinehart the Project Director at DrakonStudio. “Our Final Cut courses are tailored to the individual’s learning. Whichever topic a student wishes to learn about, that is what will be in included in the courses.”
DrakonStudio also offers customizable courses along with a flexible schedule for potential students to choose from. From three courses a week to one class a week, students are in control of when they visit with a DrakonStudio editor for one-on-one courses.
“I was able to choose not only the days and times I wanted to come in for my course, but also the cost options,” commented Stewart Feldman, who completed an introductory course at DrakonStudio.
He added, “I felt the course moved at a pace I was comfortable with, and I was very satisfied with the overall knowledge that I took away with me.”
DrakonStudio believes there is no end to one thing without there being a beginning to another; and as the Long Island video industry may be competitive, DrakonStudio wants to help anyone interested to learn Final Cut and expand their knowledge of the industry.
